BUCKET TWO-HOUR ENDURANCE RACE
LAST ROUND - NORTH ISLAND SERIES
B GRADE / NOVICE 40 LAP ENDURANCE RACE
Mt Wellington Kart Track – Saturday 13th & Sunday 14 November 2010
1. Organiser- The meeting is organized by the Auckland Motorcycle Club Inc. under MNZ Permit No 12274. The meeting will be conducted under the General Competition Rules of Motorcycling New Zealand and the following Supplementary Regulations.
2. Entries – Entries will be accepted on the day. Entry fee $30 per rider. One day licences will be available- $15.00.
3. Entry Requirements – Two Hour Race
a. The two hour is open to F4 and F5 class solos only.
b. There must be two riders per team, with no one member of the team riding more than 65 minutes.
c. Each team must provide one flag marshal and one lap-scorer, both to be named on the entry form, to be eligible to compete. The lap scorer will require pens/pencils, clipboard and a stopwatch or digital watch/clock. Your team flag marshal / lap scorer may be a competitor in an alternative event.
d. Trophies will be presented.
Entry Requirements- B Grade / Novice Enduro 40 Laps
a. Entry is restricted to B Grade and novice riders only.
b. The race is for solo riders.
c. The organizers reserve the right to decide the grade on the day.
d. Trophies will be presented.
Note: This event is designed to provide an opportunity for riders who do not feel confident to ride in the open event. Grading will be controlled and burglars will be removed from the racing if necessary.
North Island Series Event (Pacific Club North Island Series).
Note: This is the final round of the series organised by the Pacific Club during the year. One 20 lap race in each direction will be run on Saturday afternoon after open practice. Start 3.00pm.
a. This event will have the entry restricted to 20 riders.
b. Preference will be given to riders holding points in the championship. Other places in the field will be awarded by the organizers or decided by the running of a qualifying race if entry numbers warrant.
c. Riders will be grided on points held in race one and by place in race two.
d. Trophies will be presented.
4. Refueling –Refueling must only be performed within the refueling pit area. To refuel, the machine must be stationary with the engine stopped. Any fuel spillage must be cleaned up prior to the engine being started.
5. Re-examination-If a machine crashes during the event, the rider is required to return to the pits, in an orderly manner, where their machine will be re-examined by the appointed official. Failure to be re-examined will result in the rider being black-flagged and removed from the circuit for re-examination.

9. Regulations- These regulations are in addition to the supplementary regulations that are normally enforced at Mt Wellington Kart Track.
a. All metal portions of the foot-peg assembly (including any hinges) that may come into contact with the track surface during the course of normal riding or in the event of an accident, are to be covered with heavy duty rubber or plastic, in such a manner as to prevent ANY metal coming into contact with the track surface.
b. Handlebars are to be securely plugged or capped with plastic material, eg plastic champagne corks.
10. Conduct- All entrants are reminded of the MNZ Code of Conduct requirements. All entrants will be briefed- attention will be concentrated on safety and safe conduct. Riders are encouraged to re-read Rule 6-10 and know what it means. Nobody is to ride without an entry and indemnification form signed.
