KLV1000 - kawa dealers please

Any idea how much the KLV1000 will cost or when the 2005 bikes will be out?

The local kawa dealer said it was likely to be $11000-13000 and that's cheeper than the DL650 ($12999)

But the KLV1000 is the rebranded DL1000. Just wanting to confirm that estimate, or if I can't I might go with the DL650.

Yeah. There seems to be some sort of deal going on between suzuki and kawasaki.

However what I'm interested in is the price. If it really is 12 grand, I'll wait until the bigger kawa comes out :Punk:

It seems that the Suzuki Kawasaki rebranding deal, is no longer. Both companies have ended the amalgamation and are returning to doing there own thing. Some models will be dropped as a result, Im picking the KLV1000 will be one of them.

I note that Suzuki NZ no longer list the DL1000 as available. Are they still being made by either manufacturer?
