Has anyone got one or had one? How would you rate it for its value, I am after a summer jacket around $200 and this looks the best one i can think off, http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=333455491

Bargain at $150 and I'd probably consider one myself.........in XL.
My Shift Airborne cost about the same, but doesn't have half the features.

If you're not gonna go with leather (u can get summer jackets with perforated leather), I'd suggest at least 500D textile if not 600D. 300D might be OK if you're just pootling around town but its abrasion resistance at over 80km/h will be minimal.
A quick google search finds these jackets may have a quality control issue especially pertaining to the elastic straps in the cuffs and rubber straps to tighten the arms. Possibly worth checking out before you buy

I find it to be a good summer jacket. It's 27 here today and I have been wearing it out today because its safer than a T shirt and too hot for anything else.
I find it a good jacket BUT a summer hot day jacket.
