If you buy a old bike but want to ride it on the road and tour etc, is there an age where by the bike becomes eligible for Superannuation of the kind that makes the rego nice and cheap?
I see Vintage cars can, do bikes fall under the same category? I would be interested to know because if I buy an old XT250 or similar it could be a fun way of travelling the country...:)
Thanks all....

:shit: I know....but it would be fun for some of the time...
what is the 'Yes' bit......and then spoil it with the 'No' please....
Might have to revise the HP....:) 350-500cc would be fine......
In no rush to get something at this stage...By the time I may be able too, the DR650 will be a vintage...:gob:

What did you expect? Plenty of decent bikes pre '71 to choose from, you might just have to get your hands dirty from time to time though.
