Hope this isn't a stupid question but, do you think someone on a learner licence could participate in this?

Of course someone that has a learners licence can participate its a really cool day to join in with all the other riders and have a good time even Santa will be there.
The only thing is make sure you don't forget to bring a toy.

Damn and bugger. I really wanted to do this ride but have a music school concert which I have to attend that morning.
The ride is a great experience and seeing masses of bikes turn up with toys attached to rider's backs/backpacks/racks etc. all traveling together is awesome. To then arrive at the destination and see all the toys being handed over is just amazing.
I'll have to see if I can talk nicely to gijoe1313 (I wonder if he'll wear his roman skirt, cloak, shield and sword again?) and ask if he can take my donated toy along with him - then I'll be there in spirit at least!
This ride is fine for L platers, although spatial awareness is something you just have to keep in mind. Most riders are aware that less experienced riders will be amongst them. And it is open to anyone - you don't have to belong to BRONZ.

I have already spoken to gijoe1313 at the Pink Ribbon Ride to see if he'll be wearing his roman skit, cloak, shield and sword but he said maybe not this year he could be wearing something different this year. So we will just have to wait and see what hes going to wear this year and he'll surprise us all.
Mind you he did look very smart in the Roman costum:yes:

I went. Loved It...
Was a good turn out I thought heaps of bikes and toys too.
I also saw the roman dress with skirt, cloak, shield and sword... hard to miss really.
Enjoyed the ride over and the perv at all the bikes.
Unfortunalty had to leave fairly quickly after handing in the toy to be elsewhere.
Looking forward to next one
