Not Chch....but hope to leave Fairlie on Friday late afternoon, :sunny: then be at the Longdrop on Saturday after an overnight stay somewhere else.:scooter:

This will be my first "longdrop" rally, I have heard that its a small gathering but I havent heard much else, anyone care to share????

Yeah it's a fun little rally:scooter:, very easy going, they have some good games like axe throwing!! and races to saw a block of Oamaru stone in half...great prizes
Heaps of room as it is set in the playing fields/domain area, numbers I guess would be around 300ish maybe more??
Open Friday to camp for those that want to, the pub across the road is good on Friday night. Saturday the Rally has a band etc.
Usually have some decent food & basic meals, beer tent etc.
Been a couple of times now and enjoyed it both times :yes:
