Yup thats right "its the best ride ever on this Saturday here are the details.

Start 8.00am leave papakura
Ride down 22
meet at Quasi's pad

Shortly after you arrive Quasi will turn up in a 5.5 mt truck and together as Kiwi biker brothers (and sisters) we get busy for 1 hour and load the truck with lots of household items once we do that we will feed you guys (and girls) with some yummy muffins, then we all go for a nice ride through Hamiltons northern suburbs and go to Quasi's new house. Shortly after that I will again arrive in a full 5.5 mt Truck and you fellas (and Shellas) unload the truck into the garage.
Once this is done you boys (and girls) can ride up the fantastic 22 back to Auckland knowing that you have helped a good Ole Kiwibiker boy shift !!!!!

What do ya reckon people!!!! sounds like a bloody good day out huh ?
best thing there is absolutely no charge for any of it, ITS ALL FREE !!!!!!

So Mate I am truely sorry that I am unable to help you out.
But next time OK.

I hope the move goes well and that there are no breakages.

I look forward to seeing your new dwellings in the near future...

F/F :ride:LOL- rep coming your way Quasi. As fer the private and personal stuff- years ago I flatted with this girl who was seemingly impossible to emabarrass. We were moving flat, and as I worked night shift I was lumped with a lot of the moving. Not as unfair as it sounds, she had a car, I only had a bike. She told me to empty out her wardrobe and drop the contents around to the new flat, which I duly did.

But while fishing around in the top of her wardrobe I found a suspicious looking brown paper bag. In the bag I could feel a rectangular shaped box, fairly long it was.....not to wide....I was suspicious.....I resisted the temptation to look for quite a while....but curiosity got the better of me.....I could always say the bag tipped over and it fell out...yes....that would work....I carefully took the box out....and sure enough.....it was big.....and battery powered. I put it back, and resolved to use this information for good, not evil....yeah right! But I thought I'd keep quiet about it anyway. So I dropped that car keys back to her at work. She looked worried....very worried...."Did you find anything...unusual?" she asked "Maybe" I replied in my best poker face. Her face went VERY red, so red that when she hid behind a bit of paper I swear I could see her face glowing behind it! :wari:

Should take about 3-4 hours I reckon, everything will be done just a matter of loading boxes and furniture in the truck and unloading at the other end really.

If anyone is serious about helping though it would be great, but I was kinda takin the piss.
At least you will know where to come next time ya visit eh ? have two bikes to ride there as well including the race bike, naughty as its unlicenced but hey what the hell !

Cheers Kit

mate I'll be going rain or shine too....

I need the riding practice anyway........and doing something for Quasi will just be an activity apart from the usual lunch stop......

By the way I'm a pretty slow rider and I don't know where Quasi lives, etc.......

So you'll have to make the usual allowances when riding with me......go to a rest area and have a nap...... I'll catch up.... you head off to the next area..... and so on......

See you tomorrow morning... feck will have to leave home by 7:30:cold:

well despite a wee bit of rain, two of us braved the trip down to Brets, sadly we missed each other and rode separately(my Bad I guess) anyway arrived in Hams in time to start loading the first of 3 loads.

Pretty much rained the whole time till we had finished the last load, then it eased off till we started to ride back.

My good KB mate Mal turned up with his new .................. Bike, so we did a bit of a run back to Huntly, rotowaro, Herthington Rd and back onto 22, even found some sun and about 100m of dry road.

At about Tuakau, and thanks to a bit of fast pace we were lucky to catch up with a shitty black rain storm(so that was good), quick coffee at AB Bombay and went our separate ways.

Highlights of the day.

Meet some KBers :grouphug: I had not meet before, Got to see Mals new bike, but can,t tell you what it is

Got to look at all the suspect stuff Quazzie has ( just when you think you know someone).

A bit long to reply guys the Internet aint on at home yet, but thank you very kindly for the excellent effort, I kinda put this thread up as a bit of a joke not really expecting the turn out I actually got. I should have learnt by now that when a KBr puts up a "hand is needed" the help generally pours in.

So big big big thanks to Firefight, Waylander,Justsomeguy,Gixxerboy for showing up on a crappy rainy saturday to help out my sorry arse, I dont no what I would have done if it wasnt for you lot so thanks very much
