Ah! I am really broke and I just had a low side crash.
All I really need is a mount thing that holds the footpeg and back break on.
But how much does a repaint cost? Could I get it repainted for under $400? I was think a cheap way to do it would to find a local graffiti artiest and get him to give it a custom paint.

If you're that broke then just get the footpeg/brake fixed and then just save up for a paint job. You could probably even paint it yourself if you have the time and patience. At the end of the day you only need to be able to ride you don't *have* to look at it.... ;)

I have a friend of a friend who can spray paint it pro. But I would rather a graffiti artiest as it would make my bike stand out.
I reckon I could probably find one off the street and it would be pretty cheap if I supplied the paint.
$200 for good spray paint + box of beers + tiny + $50 = $300

Start ringing around wreckers for the part you need.
That'll get you back on the road while you contemplate the "phat" paint job.

Ha. Lucky I only need 1 $85 mount. But the bike looks bad with a huge scrap down the side of it.
Anyone know of some anime vinyls?

You and your girlfriend owe so much money that you're leaving everything behind to go live in a tent.
And you're worried about a paint job on your bike?!?
FFS man, put that $300 towards the debt and forget about your image for a bit.

Its my only option I was screwed by someone and left a huge bill for something they said they would cover... long story.
So I need to pay back a lot of money to my friends who help me out. I can't make my friends suffer because I my issue so i have to go seeking work.
She fucking works 7 days a week 12 hours a day.
UPDATE: Went to WINZ as much as I hate wasting tax payers money I will be needing a safety net till I find work down there.
You got screwed by someone.
You don't want your friends to suffer.
Your girlfriend works 12 hours a day, 7 days a week to help cover this.
You're going to WINZ to get money as a safety net to help you and you don't want to waste tax payer money.
BUT ...
But the bike is my joy.:bye:
The bike is your joy. You'll throw all of what you've said away, just to have it repainted. Let's be blunt about this.
Are you a man or not?

I don't know you but for my 2c worth pay your mates back at least:yes: if they have helped you don't dump on them if you have some cash. As for the bike, well I can understand you love it but.... you are hard up, spend the $300 on doing it up and then the next day you drop it again:facepalm: No one will care if it is scratched up, if it is ridable pay back your debts first:yes::shutup:
