Hey guys for a lousy $20 I'll sign your helmets. :woohoo:
Seriously though if you intend to hold on to it you should get a valuation for insurance - otherwise they will be hard pressed to pay what it is really worth if it is damaged or stolen.
PS - it will be worth more when he dies

You'd have to find some hard core fans that want it badly. I don't think I would ever pay top dollar for a signature. Even the gods among us :)
The only things I own that are signed are for me personally that I've talked to the people.
How often does he sign shit? If it's not often then the value goes up. If he signs shit like it's going out of fashion then not so much.

Is it autographed by Rossi?
Stan Rossi - the bin man from Milan. Not Valentino...

A few years ago when I was at the Phillip Island GP, I watched someone handover around $A2500 for a Rossi signed helmet in a shop at Cowes. In the end it's worth what someone is prepared to pay for it.

I gave him the pen to use, he did it right infront of me, so yes

Depends of the brand, model, era and size. And of course wether it's been used or not :D
Probably not to be honest mate, I'm broke as. Just a massive Scott Russel fan.

Thought so.
It's late model Arai RX7 (which is already expensive in itself).
I love it and definitely am keeping it. But hey everything has a price :)
Except your virginity. Can't put a price on a nonexistent thing.

I dunno aye.
I would be not thinking very highly of a helmet if the previous owner was a dead guy.
That's like buying a fire extinguisher from the NYC WTC.
