Well funnily enough, i was standing well back from the bike so the shot didn't fish eye - and it started to fall over. I lurched for it - but I'm a starting centre, not the quickest mover and it went thud.

Slight slope and the new geometry for the stand - crunch. No damage at all - those scratches are from when he sticks the standard wheels back on it and goes chook chasing.

They didn't seem to matter when it was a trail bike, but now...I'll have words.

Oh, and I didn't park it - fortunately. The Hippie did.

I can't understand why the AB's wouldnt allow Wellington to be at full strength and let Umaga, Smith, Collins and So'oiolo play against the Lions, the first test is still 10 days away. Concerned they may get injured? Don't want the Lions to see them up close? I'm sure Sir Clive and his team have enough video footage to analyse their play. Imagine the edge the AB's could have gained with a win over the Lions, would really have put them on the back foot. And the way the Lions played, Wellington at full strength could easily have snatched a win tonight. The British Lions have looked very average so far......

I didn't see the game though as I had a prior engagement. But from what I hear and from what I've seen so far the Lions haven't shown any of the skills required to beat the ABs. I wonder when or if we'll see a full strength Lions team being wheeled out. Maybe they won't bother until the first test.
