Facebook fans?

Can someone please tell me, how do I send photos directly from my phone to my facebook?

I have the designated email inbox that facebook gives you for it, but I can not for the life of me figure out how to send photos to it from my phone. Do I have to email them from my phone?

I can update my status via txt message... I got that sussed. Just sending photos is driving me mad.
