Hiya - I know this is a pretty random first post. I am dogboy's partner and thus far have been content to read over his shoulder but this is really pissing me off and I thought there was a chance some of the people on here who've worked at bike shops might know?

So, I got these boots about 2004-ish and they have no information on or in them as to what the hell they're called. I want to sell them because they don't fit any more (did you know you can get too fat for boots?), but I like to actually be able to tell people something about what I'm selling!

If you know, or have an idea, what model these might be - or just any suggestions as to how the hell to find out (Google is not loving me ), it would be much appreciated.

Cheers

If you are selling them, and the price reflects the condition, I dont think having a model name would make too much difference. People will think " gee, thats cheap".

Even most 'brand' named gear are made in some sweat shop in asia these days, and they can all start unravelling the stitching, leaking etc. Some brands will be wider than others with the same size marked on it.

Bah, I (Fenris) posted as Dogboy. *sigh* Gonna re-post as me, despite not being able to delete this.

Ha, a reply! Cheers. :D

Yeah, I'm not too fussed, I just like to know what they are so I can put up official stats - what it's made out of, where it's reinforced, blah blah. I can work it out myself but I prefer the manufacturer specs where possible. :)
