What sort of headlamps does a Honda CBR 250r MC19 1989 use?

What sort of headlamps does a Honda CBR 250r MC19 1989 use? h4 or h4r? time to get some new ones but im not sure what ones to get :S anyone have an idea?

Nope its 250R (not an RR) mc19 (not an MC22)

are you after the bulb if so they are h4 but the 3 prongs that fit into the headlight are different from normal h4 bulbs only honda ones fit but they are expensive like 50$ each
