Rest In Peace.
If I may add, he was known in the movie Jurassic Park: The Lost World as Roland Tembo and is the sole ONLY MAN to take down a T-rex in the entire history of Jurassic Park.

Why point out your own ignorance ? Clearly you don't watch any decent films. Perhaps you have to be English ?

I was gonna say "Get a DVD player!" but nevermind. :p
The actor was also in Alien 3 (1993), the guy who lured the alien and sacrificed himself.

...he had a lot of good parts in a hell of a lot of movies...one of the few memorable actors of that ilk that I rate...

Bugger. He rocked. The guy was so good in so many movies over such a long period it's extremely difficult to pin down when his best period was.
For those that have no idea  - http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000592/

He was in Inception, Clash of the Titans, The Usual Suspects, In the Name of the Father, Age of Stupid, a lot of Shakespeare... and a whole heap more. Spielberg called him the best actor in the world, FWTW.
Seems to be a lot of cancer around at the moment.

I see too it has been the final curtain for the very sexy Anne Francis. Ahead of her time - predating the gorgeous Diana Rigg (Honey West cf Mrs Emma Peel)

If he wasn't in Rambo 1st Blood or the Posiden Adventure then it does not count, come on, he couldn't even make Aliens 1-2....how bad must you have to be to miss out on a crap movie like that? mind you, not that I have seen any of those movies (by choice)

Dude deserves a knighthood just for this I reckon:
Trivia:
He once let an agent go after the agent suggested Pete change his last name to something more marquee-friendly.

He said he'd never be famous because his name would take too many lights.
