Ok. I normally wear a 50/60, but I'm similar dimensions to you... I'll see if a mate has a 48/58 one piece to try. Damage on the arm is ok, probably not bad compared to what I'll inflict on it :D :D

yeh damage isnt bad at all, but all in all awesome suit and awesome for summer and its a very cool suit....
