The World's most Southern Triumph dealership, particularly Alice (I think) outshone themselves yesterday when a friend and I called in looking for a tyre. Hospitality, advice and friendly help was provided. In the end, they didn't have the tyre that we wanted, but arranged for us to get the job done in Christchurch. Big bloody ups for excellent service.

I am glad you got good service. The experience I had with these guys was totally the opposite. After buying a brand new bike from them things went tits up. The bike started using oil, Had electrical problems. I found there mechanics to be imcompetent. They were putting the wrong oil in the bike. The owner was a knob! Thank God for the motor vehicles dispute Tribunal!
So, a bloody big thumbs DOWN for the shit service!

Motosouth did a few tyre changes for me when I was down playing silly buggers at the Burt rally, great service, good value & really helpful, it's their busiest week of the year then too.
