I dunno about that, I have a pair of needle nose pliers and some tin snips you could put into action! Save having to give him a weekly kicking.

Wait...he can't hear me can he?!

I notice a 'slip' road in the middle of the track. You could go from last to first in one corner!! :devil2:

Thought I would post the xray of my wrist. I don't have the side-on view that shows the bone snapped downward and through the skin. I also have a pretty well bruised hip and grazed knee through the inside of my leathers rubbing during the rolling.
I am hoping this crash will harden me up because in the last 4 crashes I have had in a year and a half, 3 of them have resulted in me being really stuffed up and a red flag (the other crash I picked the bike back up and carried on in 2nd haha).

Harden up, can't see what the problem with your wrist is. It looks pretty, with those cool jagged edges ;)

Sheesh, I know I have to crash, but looking at some of the results, doesn't particular make me that keen to try it.

I've nearly recovered from one I had in October 2010. The adventure ride crash was worse. 3 days in hospital and several casts and a couple of operations. And it happened at only 5 kph.

Yeah, I know low speed crashes can be worse. Luck comes into it. When Henk broke his back, he wasn't going fast, hit a tree with his front wheel, and landed on a tree root about the size of a big someone's leg (landing on his bum, which compressed two vertebrae). It was an unlucky crash and ruined what was meant to be a ffun day's riding (we'd been riding for about 5 minutes, so a heap of us were tempted to keep riding while we were waiting for the ambulance, but I thought it would be rude if I was one of them).

I do know that when I've crashed off-road and walked away from it (most of the time), I can then go faster again, as I'm not scared to crash again. It's the first one in a while that slows me down, thinking it's going to hurt. I haven't fallen off the bucket yet, and think it might help me speed up a bit, but can't seem to push it to give it a go.

Anyway, back to the talk about KOT and Hamish's wrist.

Just had a look at the overall points. I'm impressed with Craig's rise to the top of both grades by adding together the points from both grades.

Hahaha holy shit!! That looked like it must have been very messy!

Yeah I bumped into Brock at the hospital, we were both still in our leathers getting xrays. I heard his is going to take quite a while before it heals (about 6 months minimum, no rugby this year etc).
