what version of msn are you using? i know that im currently using msn messenger 7.0 at the moment and i had a major issue with it a few months ago where it wouldnt let me sign in at all, and after a week of complaining to the "professionals" it just managed to sort itself out. if possible, you may have to update the version you are using.

Ditch MSN and install emesene. I found that I've had fewer issues with emesene.

Hey,

Couple of things you could do to find the version. The quickest way is to go to add/remove programs, find msn and click on the more information link.

As far as a fix is concerned, you could download a new version as recommended or in the add/remove programs window, click change and then see if you can do a repair.

BTW im just guessing here as i'm at work and dont have MSN :msn-wink:
