CBR1000 headlight adjustment?

would someone be able to explain to me how to adjust the headlight on my 1989 CBR1000 please?

There are usually one or two adjustment screws on the back of the headlight housing. This won't help much though, unless you find a method for aiming them at a particular spot on the garage wall. A mechanic will have a machine to determine the aim and beam pattern etc.

Why do you want to adjust them?
