Spotted south end of Paraparaumu, biker with a brand new looking Rebel patch on their back talking to Mr Policeman. It was the disco lights on the police car that attracted my attention. Can't be certain but it looked like a Rebel New Zealand patch, just didn't have enough time to b e certain it was New Zealand on the bottom of the patch, it was certainly clean and new enough.
