I wont vote, that way I can moan about whoever gets into power.
But if I did it'd be the greens. From what I see of the rest, they're all prats, with labour being the least pratish by a gnats pube.
Not that I'm allowed to vote.

failing that, the Greens I have noticed to be rather intelligent and progressive (even though ironically this doesn't always seem to apply to their environmental policy)
I do hope Brash doesn't get in and start fiddling with things. oh noes! a sensible budget! whatever shall we do!?!!? quick, lets cut corporate taxes and grow mullets!

Anybody notice how John Howard now completely ignores Helen Clarke and will not liase with her. Simply because John Howard thinks Helen Clarke is FOS! and so do I!

GOOD Immigrants aye? Under National we had alot of British Immigrants, under Labour we have untold Asians, Somalians and Refugees.
I go to work everyday to pay for their live at home lifestyles.
Admittedly the Asians work hard, problem with Asians is they're so competitive where money is concerned that they actually promote longer working hours with low pay rates. Thats the Asian way which is reflecting on the New Zealand workers - Workers Unions etc are history due to this sort of new approach. With labour continuing, this will become stronger and stronger.
Helen Clarke is camping out on Asias doorsteps, she's frequently visiting Asdian countries and she is infact damaging a wonderful european lifestyle that all kiwis enjoy. Clarke is promoting hardworkers, peanuts for pay and she promotes far too many benefits!
Go National, they're our only hope for preventing our Lesbian leader from Farking the country good and proper.
Just ask yourselves..... Why is US relationships at such an all time low? Why will John Howard not associate with helen Clarke? Why is European countries associations falling apart? Because we associate primarily with China now!
Trade is China, Negotiation is China! We're becoming farking communist!!!

ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
so trade with china is turning us into a communist state?
are we not selling them our produce, and letting them do the slave labour making dildos and pennywhistles for 60 cents an hour?
I'm trying to make some sense out of this rabble of vague anti-Labour sentiment, but some edjumacation might be in order.
lets see: is reduced trade and negotiating with the US the result of "our Lesbian leader" having some kind of hatred for relations with white countries, or could it perhaps be down to the effects of the highly protectionist US agriculture and trade policy?
Helen Clark is now promoting excessive hard work through making us compete with tireless asian immigrants? I always thought she promoted slacking off on the dole. is it that suprising that none of this holds up to even cursory analysis?
I do think we are getting too many Somalians though. and those Refugees?!? they can ship themselves back to Refugeenia, we wouldn't want our nice Aryan genes corrupted with the lesser Poles or Slavs.
I'm not entirely sure where I'm heading with this now, as I'm writing offline and have plenty of time to kill. perhaps I should start to pen my autobiography, Jamezo: Treachery On The High Seas, And Other Children's Games

Wheres the option for the Direct Democracy Party ay?
http://www.directdemocracy.co.nz/
With ACT sounding its death knell, and National so far towards the center that they mayswell call themselves lefties, the DDP is the only possible choice for the far right.
Given how well Kyle Chapman polled in the Christchurch mayoral elections, and the resurgence of right wing politics both in NZ and internationally it's not outside the realm of possabilities that the DDP will make it into parliament.
Think of the amount of press coverage the National Front has received in NZ in the last year, internationally Austria's government is a far right nationalist government, and the German NPD party won widespread support recently in federal elections. Whilst they are not "far right", Howard & Bush both comfortably won their national elections. Howard won by a landslide in no small part because of his excellent stand against illegal immigrants.
At any rate the DDP will be getting my party vote.

im hoping i can vote, i turn 18 next august so i dunno
dafe your comments are good but are still biased towards a certain 'minority' of the asian minority, most if not all are hardworking, and many of them speak english perfectly, me and a friend yesterday went to the park after getting food and went to sit by this lake thing, its in a 'housing community'? i dunno term but we decided yesterday thats the correct term, its made up of asian people pretty mch 100% but the place was nice, it wasnt like a ghetto or a slum but real nice and flash still, most of em had nice cars and the best was its quiet, it seemed really cool, the kids playing were speaking perfect english, perfect+ not even accented really, so sure maybe 'this generation' may not fit perfectly in at first.. ask yourself did any pioneer dudes ever, in history feel at home? shit no man they fought each other with sticks and shit but now we can learn form that and just accept them, let them accept us kinda thing, and pretty soon i reckon we'll have a decent country, maybe even the greens will be in charge when we realise what we are doing to everything around us everytime we do pretty much anything which is why i came here like 5 minutes ago to say the greens are the way to go, this election will have to decide like who they co-alliation(sp?+) party with, assuming they even get 5% so anyone whos like 'man my vote wont count for shit, ill waste it if i go greens' just be like, man theres 100000s of people voting for labour/national bla just be like yep greens, wicked, hope to see u there :grouphug:

I'm formiong my own political party - shouldn't cost any more than the registration costs. Why?
Party colour Black, official font bold sanserif all caps, name "NO CONFIDENCE"
When voters go to the poll and look at the party list and see
NO CONFIDENCE
they will feel relieved at finally being able to democratically express their opinion of all the wankers in parliament and put their tick in the box.
See? No need to campaign at all - the other parties are my best advertisement...

A cunning plan. But I suspect that the Electoral Registrar has already thought of such ploys.
Another option could be to change your name by deed poll to Robert Muldoon. There is still a considerable body of support out there for this old socialist, some of whom may not have noted his unfortunate demise some years ago...

Yes. Yes indeed.
Good ol' Peters should make things interesting. But, like all other political parties, each has some good, and some bullshit. More so with Labour and their 'no interest on student loans' crap. Sorry guys, to fund this, petrol prices are going up again, and so are levies on EVERYTHING.
Reduce the taxes that Motorcyclists face as they are only a minority on the road, and penalise the gas and road gusslers. I don't quite know what a road gussler is, but hell, it sounds good.
