"we could understand and hear each other up to 120 kms. "

Fark - that's way better than mine does!

Either that or she has the loud "wife" voice...

The only problem with the Blueants is the short battery life: 5-7 hours with judicious usage of the on/off button, much less if you leave them in talk mode constantly. The duplex is nice. One ear piece could be an issue for music lovers and others who like to hear with both ears.

I suggest you don't buy them then....nice and simple. Thanks for your input though, it's much appreciated.

I don't use my Interphone for intercom but for link to either phone or GPS. I only recharge it once every couple of months and I do ride a lot. I am totally impressed with the battery life in that mode anyway.

Must use more as intercom, yes?

With all due respect guys can we possibly not turn this into a discussion around the pro's and con's of Blueant Interphones? There are more appropriate places for this type of discussion. Thanks in advance. Cheers.

With all respect, you posted a thread in a public forum. Please suggest a "more appropriate place" for a discussion.

Yes, you're trying to sell something. You've got an ad on Trade Me. Would you like me to repeat my comments there? I can if you like. I was trying to share some personal experience having used Interphones over extended periods so prospective purchasers could make an informed decision about whether they may want to buy. As other posters have shown, people use this sort of kit for different purposes.

Wot 'e said. I believe such discussion is relevant to a potential purchaser too. Howsumever, in view of your response, I shall cease and desist forthwith as requested.

Have a nice day and good luck with the sale. :sunny:

How about somewhere like Kiwi Biker & Product Reviews? That seems a pretty appropriate place to review a product, if that's in fact what you're doing here.

You're the one who started the thread about Blueant Interphones. I contributed to that. That's what public threads are for. That's what I'm doing here.

We should start a KiwiBiker official wave.
