Ive bought a bike in the far north.....
Tomorrow morn I stick out my thumb and wait.......

Intercity buses will take two full days to get me there from Waihi!

if anyone is heading north tomorrow from Waihi-paeroa-auckland- Ill be thumbing with a flouro

I wanted a neoclassic under 600cc that would be practical.
I would never have looked at one of these...... but shit it was so cheap....

I will most likely be driving a truck/trailer unit up there Saturday morning, passing thru Spaghetti junction about 3am if you can hold out that long/wake up that early... by the looks of it I'll give ya a race back too lol jk. Will know for certain Friday lunch time.

Great ride home Mark, the fuel problem was a split hose. I rode it on the fuel tap till I got to Warkworth with petrol soaking in to my jeans then I found a wrecked car behing a workshop and stole some tubing:innocent:
The bike does 175kmh (on a closed road) It has vile brakes and would not suit tall lanky riders like yourself but Im looking forward to throwing all that plastic away and cafe racering it.
Thanks for the coffee and great to meet you at your shop. Ive just stuck a note on Lindas windscreen for her to come and have a catchup:drinkup:
