Prob wont make this, but the last two twilight rides have been great. Well thought out tracks, good work.

Dunno whether I'm allowed out both saturday and sunday this weekend but I'm working on the brownie points .......if it's any of last fridays tracks plus more it will be a great ride, the forest is in good condition and it offers a huge variety of terrain.

going to be wet in there given the rain that came down when i was going through the forest (old north rd) on the way home.

Yeah, wet Riverhead is better than wet sheep any day.

That was a damn good ride, with some really nice new track & a few hill climbs that were "interesting", Riverhead definitely lived up to it's slippery reputation.
Nice effort everyone who made it happen, it was a really relaxing atmosphere & well worth the effort coming down.

I think that they call that 'Vintage Riverhead' Nigel- good to see plenty of hardy souls turn up.
The bit that we were talking at took a couple of prisoners at the end of the day...

That was an awesome ride! Proper riverhead slippery.
Did 4 laps and that was certainly enough.
I've forgotten how little traction you have on clay. That long clay hill was good with the drain across it.
