Hi All,
I'm looking for a set of highway pegs for my softail deluxe that mount to either the frame or footboards and don't cost an arm and a leg.

Any suggestions? tia

Or try J & P catalogue online, or few other parts retailers, just watch out for postage

Thanks guys, but I'm trying to keep it under $300 NZ. I love the Kuryakn adjustable bars but once you buy the footpegs it's like $600 nz. I'd prefer supporting a kiwi mfr if i'm spending that much money.

Yeah, you can spend a lot of money really quickly if you're not careful

Make some. You can make pegs extremely easily on a lathe, with a few basic designs for a low skilled user.

Someone with more skill could make some pretty flash pegs on a lathe.

Just highway pegs right? You're not confusing forward controls - as these can be made to, but is a lot more involved.

Ditto

Try www.denniskirk.com

postage may be a killer as they will weigh a fair bit.

I bought a set on Tardme, cost about $100 and were as-new.

I used the chromed mounting brackets etc but replaced the actual peg with a knurled alloy BMX stunt-peg, got my cuzzy to make an alloy plug for the open end of the peg.

They look the shizz.

If you sent me a drawing of what you wanted, ie dimensioned, I could tell you how much I could make it for.

I'm a fitter/turner. Made stacks of pegs/clipons/rearsets for jap bikes.

Piece of cake.
