They weren't even wearing helmets. But still the car driver should burn in hell. Or get 300 hours community service as that is the same according to our justice system.

Not really, number of times I've been riding along on my own in a cycle lane and had some git just about take me out with his cage horrifies my family.
And Welly pedestrians are fucking notorious for never bloody looking before launching off the curb.
