Well heading back from an exam, go business communications. Anyway - so getting a quick ride in (I can only ride to an from tech, so I make it interesting) I was filtering at about the same price as a cheeseburger as maccy d's..

So I get a bit concerned and continue up the hill to turn at a intersection, and notice a xr8 tailgating and swerving (don’t know if he was being a toss or trying to warn me), so I turn into the intersection and noticed the strange burning smell that you get (when you ring the nuts off it, so I glare down at the Speedo cable area and saw it still connected but played it safe and pulled over.

So I get off (after being sure it was in neutral LOL!) and got off the bike, and notice the big black mamba (hehehe) or the Speedo cable (the little kids in the van enjoyed watching me get angry at the bike but so it was semi productive)...

seems the little bugger flew off when I was at a good speed on the gauge end :\.. Good thing I bought one off some fellow selling his road gear for his zxr400, wish I could have seen the spark storm, would have being cool!:yes:

That’s my funny story for the day, who else think my bikes cursed, like that certain suzuki that was around that caused trouble... wont say the name as that’s bad joo joo.

But mine didn't hit the ground so I left it off for about a year I sold that bike with suprisingly low km's :whistle:

I dragged two cbrs and had to back off (I hope like hell they weren't pushing it.. probably were though :o ) so I didnt run into the back of them. Longer gears and more torque makes a big difference.... its something like 16-20% more torque anyway. (24.1NM>20NM??)

So it will be a simple drag race - great visibility - good road surface - and 100% legal and safe as the lanes are decent sized ......
