The KR team have just got our mits on one of these cameras.
The Ed wants me to give it a run and write it up.
I presume it will plug into the 'i dv' socket on my panasonic digital vidcam and then Lone Kauri Drive here I come.

Haven't confirmed price yet either sorry, *GUESS* is around five hundred and something.

I'll post some results.

Looks interesting. How do you record the footage? That camera plugs into your 'i dv' camcorder or something?

So pretty much any ol' cheap digital camcorder with an input will work with that?

Sexy.

I'm assuming everything, but yes, it looks like a firewire socket. There is also an 'edit' socket that my remote mic plugs into - maybe that one - I'll try and collect it tomorrow.

Bit 'half cocked' - sorry - you guys now know as much as I do about them - details as they come to hand.

Did you say footage or frotage?
