Ignition switch for a C50

Help. I have managed to lose the key for my daughter's C50 scooter. She is not happy! I have thought about just putting a switch on it, but would prefer a key for security reasons. As far as I can see it will be easier to just swap out the whole ignition barrell - I don't suppose anyone has a fucked old C50 or 90 lying about that they could part out the ignition barrell complete with a key??? Please :)

Those suckers are remarkably generic. just go to a auto sparky and he will have one that fits and looks the same for about $25. just the plug will be different. Just cut it off and stick the wires in the apropriate places individually with single crimp on terminals:rockon:

Sorted. Took the barrel off, then 60 seconds @ Ken Price Locksmith. 2 brand new keys, fitted and balanced for $20.
