Is there a place folks that have lost there bike to theft, can register things like engine and frame numbers?

appart from the police i mean...

It's not mine. Malcolm is a serial hoarder and can't seem to say no to a cheap bike, even if it is in bits/not working....

If you want I can have a wee chat with Malcolm and see if he is willing to part with it. I am thinking the answer will probably be no, however I will let you bring beer round anytime and open the shed so you can look at it.... ;)
