'Real NZ' Bike Tour

...What would you include in a 'Real New Zealand' motorcycle tour?

I am not talking about the typical touristy destinations but the everyday details that you would only ever see in NZ.

Great write up mate.

I'd also include wet weather riding as an attraction, especially in regions where you see all seasons in one afternoon's riding ;) Gives you a greater appreciation for dry conditions and hones your skills of restraint :cool:
