Well I think it's a fair and legitimate question.
I wouldn't want to be buying the RGV with a Chinese-made powerband. Those ones are unreliable.

I think you can get good quality powerbands from Kim over at http://www.gonein60secondsmotorcycles.com/

I hear their customer service is awesome too.

They have everything in stock right up to the time that they find they don't.

Ask them for Hi Res pics of their awesome carbon fibre work, and you wont go wrong.
