LOL, do you remember Serena, she had a Honda Shadow. Anyway, when she bought it she was riding it home and kept hearing this metalic tinkle sound, she was really worried that something was wrong with the bike. Turned out it had a bell attached to its underbelly, a charm to keep her safe, she never took it off!

Spirit Bell, Guardian Bell, Angel Bell, its a bell of many names. Unfortunately the rider in the photo has the bell incorrectly mounted so it is just there for looks :blink:

The story is (as told to me by a notorious lier :innocent:) that spirits like to go for rides on motor bikes:scooter: Apparently this can have the effect of making the bike unbalanced and generally explains those odd "bad" days we have.
This is where the bell comes in :yes: The spirits like to sit as low as possible in the bike so the bell should be hung in the lowest place. :corn: The spirits will then dwell in the bell so to speak :innocent: Unfortunately for the spirit the ringing of the bell drives them crazy :shutup: and they fall off onto the road :gob:
And that ladies is the cause of potholes :love:

They are usually hung from the footpeg from what I have seen, on the inside bolt.
