My clutch cover was JB Welded a few of years back. It's still oil-tight and intact.

Fill the crack with bog. Sand it off and hey presto! :sunny:

Or do what the other have suggested

I have actually done the above, many, many years ago. Lasted ages

Go better than original and pay less - check out Woodcraft (google will help you) and have a cover you will never break, even in a big crash (have tested a few.......) Then weld up the original and sell it as a spare to a racer. Get one with the stainless slider and you have,
BLING!.

you can get those GB racing covers on tardme and at about the same price (last I looked) as you'd get them from the UK:

http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/motorbikes/parts-for-sale/performance/auction-463231527.htm

theres a list of models they cover.

JB weld is good but you have to really follow the instructions and it has to be really really clean. any oil residue screws it up. fine for a temporary repair.

If you still wanted the OEM part, our site is cheaper.
