Any good tailor should be able to figure that out for you. Most things that are made in China can be sorted out in the Hawke's Bay.

How do you know they are made in china ?

its hard to modifiy textiles, as the under waterproofing layer can be diffulcult to re seam after the modification

Very few garments are made in the country where the brand owner is based. Probably something to do with comparative labour costs.

A good tailor should understand what's going on with the fabric and its component layers. The repair may not be cheap but it should work.

try an upholsterer or canvas worker. Tailors wont have a machine capable of sewing cordura.

or you could pm me and see if we can work something out. it takes a few pix and maybe a couple of emails, but it's really not a problem.

I remember you from the BFTP rally last year hon, is it the trou you were wearing that weekend?
