a dog barks at a pissed bloke. And an argument ensues. Poor fella. Wonder if he woulda picked a fight with the lovely police dog had the window been fully open. Poor dog :)

luckily it happened in the US of A, a nice safe country, where the officers have time to arrest people for silly drunken antics like barking at a dog, because, fortunately, they have no rapes or murders, nor a society that suffers from the issues that arise from massive distribution of illicit drugs, and easy access to fire arms.:yes:
