Recently moved to Marlborugh area and looking for some folks to ride with. I have an 88 xlh1200 and a 1999 Triumph TBird. I tend to spend most of my time on the Triumph these days, like going to a caddy after 22 years on the old HD.
Originally from Boston, USA but have almsot 9 years in NZ, so plenty of riding experience here - I tend to only drive on right on minor occasions. :shit:
Hope to meet some folks in the area for some rides.

Well I'm not from Marlborough but wont miss the opportunity to be the first to say hi here.
I found the same thing riding in your part of the world. I was OK driving a car because the seating felt all wrong reminding me to drive on the right. But the bikes weren't left hand drive so I often found myself enjoying my ride until faced with a few on-comers..!
Welcome

Welcome
I know exactly how you feel! (steering wheel, center line is easy in a car)
Problem is now I've been here so long, I drive on left at times stateside when visiting as well. A lost cause at this stage perhaps. :scooter:
Thanks heaps for the welcome.

NZ is a biker's paradise! North and South Island's are both full of great roads and fabulous scenery! If you're ever up this way, you're more than welcome to pop in for a cuppa! Although I can't ride now, :crybaby: there are many KB'rs up here who'd love to show you around!
