Any Rat members in the manawatu we have a meeting at rexs bar in palmy on wednesday at 6pm and a ride on sunday leaving ANZA mc 1pm Sunday
So if you ride a Hinckley and want to meet some very nice people come along!!!! Mention you saw this advertised on the kb sight and to add to a very good night you can buy me a beer!

Me still like Meridian Triumphs. For all their faults.

Amusingly, on Sunday I stopped for gas at the big motorway gassy place near Silverdale, and pulled in behind a very nice looking Hinckley Bonneville that was just leaving.

When he left I moved forward to the pump that he'd just left. And lo and behold , there on the ground where he'd just been was a big pool of oil.

I'm sure that it had been left by some previous user, but it did bring back memories.

ive got a meridan a 79 bonnie and when i want to relax i go for a ride on her she runs very well looks very nice and doesnt leak a drop of oil...
And when i want some fun ive got the speed triple looks very nice and also doesnt leak oil.i dont know were those rumours started????
Just kidding my bonnie did leak oil and so did my triple!!! but that was all the shite up by the front sprocket had a good clean out and she is fine!!! :rofl:
