title says it all. i want the pillion gone. but still need my rear lights and indicators. a cover that would click in the same way the seat does would be perfect so i can access oil and coolant.
Cheers.
also look at getting larger exhaust tips. To make the bike sound more deeper. Any ideas?

VJ21 single seat cowls aren't available OEM any more, but you'll find one on the bay now and then.
Don't play with your cans, it's not a 4 stroke. If you don't like the sound, consider cleaning your ears out with a soldering iron.

Even the can length and diameter make a difference to the power delivery. There's a reason they have little stingers and not oil drums for exhausts.

Check out their pipes, they're cheap, and sound and look great.
Yes it's important there are no leaks in the exhaust system of a two stroke.

It's a two stroke, it'll always sound like a two stroke*, you've just gotta learn to love it.
*until it blows up, then it sounds like a waste of money

Nah i do man its great, i js took off my cans and cleaned them up as they were filthy inside i put the springs and everything back on they sit nicely im just wondering if i should seal the connections because they basically just slot in and then you use the springs to create that tension between both ends. I havnt touched my combustion chambers or anything. Its being running mint since ive cleaned my cans tho just yer i should prob use some sealent around it or something aye? Did my power valves the other day its so smooth now.

Bit of silicon won't do them any harm, that's what I use to seal mine.

From the end of the main to the cans aye.Well technically no because my RGV ones didn't require it, but on all my other two strokes yes.

ah yep beuty well the cans have a pretty nice fit and i get no issues but a lil wont hurt. may i ask what else you did to maintain ur rgv? ohhh cylinder heads, when you take them off (obviously stuff comes out) but do you clean that up and put it back on nice and new. Im sure you do aye.. cos thats just carbon and other paku you dont want.
