Shit that seems cheap. Take it for a pre purchase inspection and tell them that it has been crashed and you wanna know what else it is hiding.

Single colour paintjob with no decals, painted frame, replaced visor ...... screams crashed to me. Not saying it isn't perfectly straight etc.... but I'd be going over it carefully.

ZX6rr...not ZX636 ....I'd be astonished if it hadn't been raced.

You are probably wise.

My son has had a couple of ZX6's and believes these were bought in just to race in the 600cc class as the 636 didn't qualify.

The bike is probably OK but why pay top dollar for something that has obviously been rolled, bowled and arseholed.

His last ZX6 2007 sold on TM for $7500 so not a lot more for a lot newer bike, and it hadn't been crashed.

He now has a CBR1000 and is a very happy man.

There are some real good quality bikes on TM and at reasonable prices, apart from the odd dreamer who hasn't noticed current values.

Cheers

The guy buys and sells bikes/etc hence the quick turn over.
If it went through a thorough pre-purchase check OK then why not buy it?
A hell of a lot of bike for $6k!

Im not oging to bother with a pre purchase check over for two reasons:
1. dont want to waste my money
2. someone else is going to buy it on Wed

So its all good, i dont really mind, i can wait :)

Good on you, dont rush. There are plenty of bikes for sale and you can always bling to suit your needs.

haha good man. Ninja's are the cheapest atm and all the MCN reviews have said they're the best over all..
