I noticed this extra gas cyclinder thingy on Stroudy and Bobbies bikes at the nationals this year. What does it do? Some kind of anti-dive thingy?

It's a linear potentiometer. Just a sensor for measuring fork travel data and hooked up to a logger.

Not all that simple of a task, they collect a fair bit of data that is usefull for alot of things suspension and braking related, which can make a big difference in improving lap times, OR show you exactly why you were off the pace etc etc

do not buy these. i cannot afford them at the moment, i cant keep going dollar for dollar with everyone goddammit
