Hey guys

My name is Oleg, im 22 and im a professional russian. So if you have any stereotypes about "ruski's" most likely you will find that its me. Also me almost no speak english.

Ze History:
1988: my father forgot about the condom.
1996: looooove cycling. 4 broken bones.
2000: dad, i want a bike.
2001: dad....
2002: dad, please...
2003: Dad hits mid-life crisis, dumps me n mom, buys a bike, says that he dreamed about it for the past 20 years, and now when he is 40 he finally got it.
Note to myself: f#ck.......... Not even a scooter for me.
2006: Hello NZ. Why so wet? and hot? and rain? and sun at the same time?
2007: ok, start saving up for the bike.
2008: Decent job, money, but still no bike.
2009/2: The fun part: meeting a fried, who had 08' ZX-10.
2009/10/6: Got money, time for a new toy - 2 days of searching on Trademe, asked my mate for advice.
The conversation:
me: What should i get?
mate: Whatever.
me: This one looks good (RGV) or this one (MC22). Which one is better.
mate: both good.
me: which one is faster?
-RGV.
-maintenance ok and easy to ride?
-yasssss.....
......................little did i know what im in for.........
2009/10/8: Wet, night, oil, first time on the bike, ze powerband.
2009/11/20: $2000 later, for medical bills and repairs, I thought that RGV wasnt a healthy idea for a learner.
2010/03 Back on 2 wheels
done 3000km in year and a half, so still a complete noob.

So, if you still awake and reading it, then hello guys =)

Nice one!

Yeah falling sucks, but every bit of tarseal that gets embedded in your skin will echo a valid lesson.......

The key thing is to not repeat the same lessons.......

Hi Oleg. Glad the first time didn't put you off, from now on try to learn your lessons from theory, avoid practicing offs for yourself as much as practical :innocent:

*waves* Hiya Oleg! Love your introduction - I LOL'ed. I know a couple of other 'professional Russians' - neat people! (They taught me to like vodka)

Hope you keep upright from now on! :)

(I ride an MC-22. Wanna see which one is actually faster? :P )
