Hi all. Just updating everyone in Christchurch the changes that have happened. I was the head motorcycle instructor of Mainland Driving School, but have just purchased the motorcycle branch of the company. I now own and run Mainland Motorcycle School which is solely motorcycle training. The waits for tests are not there anymore, we can normally offer next day service. We conduct a full range of courses from Basic Handling Tests for your learners licence, (all indoors so ok if wet) Road courses for licenced riders, currently subsidised by the Council or ACC and advanced track training at Ruapuna or Levels. Check out our new website. www.motorcycleschool.co.nz

I had a great day Mike, Thanks for the tips and track time.

I'd recommend giving Mike a call to anyone who fancies and introduction to track days. Get to know your bike limits, improve your cornering and braking skills.

I've signed up with MCI and hope to meet up soon if the weather holds.

regards and thanks again

Cheers

Pete

It was just an afternoon get together but you can join MCI. It's $45 for the year and you can go on Tuesday and Friday afternoons for $50. Alternatively for around $500 you can go as many times as you like.
