What is your height and weight in your everyday clothes? At minimum as a ''level 1"" improvement it seriously needs respringing and an oil viscosity change. But as much depends on how many kilometres these forks have done in total ( ? ) and if there are any advanced wear issues, exacerbated by irregular servicing ( ? )
Its possible to make HUGE improvements with replacing the very crude stock compression and rebound pistons but it all hinges on how much you are prepared to spend.

i havnt touched the forks at all. were all sweet when i got them but have turned to shit this past couple of days, im around 70kg's and stand at 6'1 (lanky i know) i use the bike frequently go everywea when its a nice day when its raining its stored. sits at 19000 k's on the odo and has had an engine rebuild but i estimate the forks have done well over 10000. i want it set so when i take corners i can be glued to that white line my knees shear along. cheers.

suspnsion is a bit of an art, and getting it set up properly by someone who knows their shit is a good idea. The dude thats already posted has a pretty good reputation, PM him and talk about options that are within your budget.
