Yep, it's almost certainly a Henderson. Quite a few of them in NZ and there were a heap at the Pukekohe Classic race festival this year. I took the attached photo of a fully-restored one.
Wonder if the Facebook photo has been flipped or whether they changed the output shaft drive side though.

It's a Henderson, and he has at least one of them.
PS if you could buy it for $30, you'd probably make....oooohhhh....$50K.

It's a Henderson four alright, pre 1924 as they shortened the gas tank in 1924.
also fitted with beaded edge rims which were phased out 1924-25
I'm rebuilding one at the moment to sell.
