I'm putting out a tender of sorts.
I need my bike tank painted and I'm looking for prices so, if you do, know a mate who does, or can arrange for, my bike tank to be painted I'm interested to hear from you.
I'm just after a simple gloss black. Below are pics of what my tank currently looks like, I have a couple of Honda wings I want under the final coat of clear on the sides (after all a fairy has to have it's wings right?) Also if a significantly cheap rate is offered you/your or your mates company etc can have their logo permanently on the tank

P.S. Your position in the country is not of concern as I have no problem shipping it.

Na I don't trust my skills with the metal (that shit rusts ya know) & also I'm not sure I'd trust my skills or the rattled paint round petrol or belt buckles

fair enough, seems a bit of effort to go through for just the tank though, could get the whole lot done at the same time, maybe powdercoat the frame too? Is pretty much my plan, rattle can all the new parts matte black untill I have all the parts sorted, then paint/powdercoat the lot.

Would of thought it would be fairly simple to take tank to local spray-painter and get them to primer-seal,top and clear.????

yea there are but I thought I'd put the offer out to the biking community 1st (you know keep the money in the local economy & all that) and see if anyone had some cheap services to offer.
