View Full Version : Are these women insane?

I just read this piece in the Herald:

http://www.nzherald.co.nz/crime/news/article.cfm?c_id=30&objectid=10725726

Now, these are single women dating a single man and these people are doing what men and women tend to do together. Turns out the man is a liar and the women find out. Instead of heaving a sigh of relief and getting on with their lives they commit absurd acts that may get them a criminal record, something that can be a serious impediment in any persons life, much more serious than having been in a relationship with a liar.

""She phoned me up crying, she was really upset. She came back to my house later that night and she cried all night, she cried herself to sleep in my bed.""

She cried all night over this cheater? She clearly cared for him a lot.

"After learning of the betrayal, the women went to his house. They destroyed property, throwing his stereo in the spa pool and pouring bleach over his suits."

Wow, this guy was obviously hot property if he was worth all this trouble. I wonder if they realized to what extent such actions can jeopardize a persons future..

"The man at the centre of a blackmail plot is a "sex predator" who was sleeping with up to six women at the same time, his former partner claims."

When I was single I slept with many different women but no one ever called me a "sex predator" and no one ever destroyed my property.

Are those women insane or am I missing something?

I read something interesting the other day. Seems that because women have physically smaller brains than men they tend to be less specialised. They use sections that men use for just thinking about shit for feeling about shit and for thinking about shit.

For them feeling hurt amounts to the knowledge that someone hurt them. Subtle difference, 'praps. Fact is they don't see that difference.

What he said.

Whatever they thought he was up to, you can't go running around destroying someone's property for revenge. Do they think they are 12?

They got played, grow and learn from it, move on. The world will always be filled with arseholes.

Somehow, I just don't think they're going to get over it...

While I agree that their behaviour was beyond stupid, neither was 'single' - they were lied to and deceived into trusting this prick who they both thought was their monogamous partner

"The "love rat", who has name suppression, maintained relationships with both women for nearly 18 months between 2007 and 2009."

Yeah - hmmm - not the first time Ive heard about someone having an affair.

Personally - Im thinking Each to their own. Hell - I know a few people that are deliberately turning a blind eye knowing what ther partner/hubby/wife might be up to.

But what I cant understand - is how the two women reacted THAT poorly once discovered. These are women around ~40 years old. I mean - quoting the Herald
"They threatened to send pictures of his genitals to his workplace, bank and a cafe where his daughter worked, unless he paid them each $4000." is DUMB. Blackmailed the guy (and hes proly (=Probably for you old timers?) tied up in the justice/corrections/police outfit) - and did so via an auditable and recordable method!!! hahahah, stupid.

But threatening to send photos of him to his daughters workplace is a bit Off.

Yup stupid bitches shouldn't have done it, but I really don't think a piece of filth like him should be called a 'legend' either, after all it was his behaviour that incited the whole fucking drama in the first place.

Hes a Male. We make mistakes. Its life.....and im sure no harm was being done till them cooks n cleaners snuck a look at his phone bill.

If he is a Plod - you can be damn sure his workmates are thinking hes a legend - perhaps an unfortunate legend. Thats how they think.

So you're basically saying that having a penis means it's okay to mess with and manipulate the feelings and lives of two women?

Fuck I'm glad I've found a good man if that is the warped views of the rest of you!

Pack mentality of guys is a very different thing to individual guys as Im sure you know. As a group us guys tend to be dim. Ive had girls cheat on me then trash my car after we went separate ways. Most people tend to be decent at heart, this is a farked up situation. Poor judgement on both parts has blown up spectacularly.

Not defending him by the way, Guy sounds like an arse

nature / evolution has hard wired males (of all kinds, not just humans) to behave like this. That most of us don't is testimony of our ability to rise above our instincts.

But yes... I'm single. Look at that, two lucky guesses in one thread!

Maturity (I mean true, emotional maturity, not pretending that you don't have a sense of humour) does not come with age alone. And women don't improve with age, they just get uglier and nuttier. Sad story
