Second picture is of that little black box (some sort of fuse box) looks like it connects right to the battery as is housed with the battery.

The other two i would like to know is what is that little hose that runs underneath the scooter? (mine is leaking a little fuel) it has a little housing that it sits in...

Any help would be great .. Thanks

If you lean your bike over too far or the float in the carbi is set wrong then it will overflow and needs somewhere to go, hence overflow pipe.

The black box you refer to is the starter relay, it is essentially an electro mechnical device that allows you to use the low amperage of the little starter button to the high amperage required from your starter motor.... It will make an audible click when you push the starter button. The tube you refer to is the overflow from your carb bowl, if it drips any fuel, then your carb will require a full strip and asses, likely the float needle will be leaking.
