yessur, the '47 is what came to mind with this lite, so thatz what it got called. It was inspired by the CSC lites, but we wanted to offer something cheaper than CSC & locally available, (also with number plate bolt lites; CSC dont give anything to illuminate the plate). Plus once you add freight to the CSC lite & side mount it takes you over the customs $400NZ limit for GST so it might cost you 15% more, which makes this Jailbar kit less than half the price :D
