Hi - I am a newbie to riding, have picked up a nice 2008 Kawasaki 250 with 10K on the clock and wondering if anyone can recommend a good shop in South Auckland to get it a full service?
cheers

Click on the Motorcycle Doctors ad at the top of this thread and speak to George. Search the forums for Motorcycle Doctors to get an idea of the feedback from KB members on the work George does and his rates.
Thank you, come again.

Both George from Motorcycle Doctors or the lads from Botany Honda (East Tamaki/Botany) will set you straight mate.
You have a Kawasaki, but the Botany Honda people won't hold that against you :) George loves all flavours of bikes so you'll be in great hands either way.

The boys at Mr Motorcycles, in Pukekohe, have always looked after me well. 09 2383176

Personally i would stay away from Botany Honda with you Kawasaki, i had a Stone go through my radiator (same bike as yours), took it to them to look at and one of the mechs (tall guy i dont remember his name) there advised that the cooliant that was all over my radiator was probably just a bit of overflow since it was such a hot day that day  and it was still fine to ride the bike
I havent trusted them or been back since (this was the start of 2010 so they may be a bit better now but the trust isnt there anymore for me if they cant pick up on something simple like that. )
